Rustic and very inviting independent villa with a beautiful swimming pool (14x6mt), surrounded by olive trees and a large garden with panoramic views. Consists of double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with well-equipped kitchen, satellite TV, sofa bed and fireplace; can accommodate up to 4 people. The outdoor area is completely fenced and offers a gazebo equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers by the pool, a patio next to the house to dine al fresco and enjoy the summer evenings. The house can be reached via a small gravel road only 700 meters from the main road, 10 minutes from the FIPILI highway and less than 1 hour from the main towns.

The nearest village is Forcoli just 1 km away, which offers small typical shops, a supermarket, bar and pizzeria. Palaia is the municipality of expertise, interesting for a visit to the historic center and excellent restaurants and pubs. Pets are welcome.
